Product Name Specs Product Outline and Application
PK-1,2
(High set cation)
JIS K 2208 PK-1,2 Cationic emulsion for penetration. Penetrative surface treatment, chip seal, SAMI method.
PK-3
(High set cation)
JIS K 2208 PK-3 Cationic emulsion for penetration. Prime coat.
PK-4
(High set cation)
JIS K 2208 PK-4 Cationic emulsion for penetration. Tack coat.
Cemeset JIS K 2208 MN-1 Emulsion for mixing. Excellent in mixing with cement. For on-site regeneration method of CAE sub-base course.
Penetol E JEAAS PK-P* High penetration type cationic emulsion. Penetration to sub-base course is better than PK-3.
PKR-T
(Rubber cation)
JEAAS PKR-T* Rubberized asphalt emulsion. Interlayer adhesion is greater than PK-4 due to rubber modified asphalt. Tack coat (mainly for drainage pavement).
PKR-S(-1,-2)
(Rubber cation)
JEAAS PKR-S-1,2* Rubberized asphalt emulsion. Interlayer adhesion is greater than PK-1 and 2 due to rubber modified asphalt. Surface treatment, tip seal, SAMI method.

Non-stick type asphalt emulsion for tack coat, registered product in NETIS(No:CG-100014-VE)

  • Hi-tack AS
    (Specs: JEAAS PKM-T*
  • ・Modified asphalt emulsion. There is little stickiness of asphalt after braking and forms a strong tack surface.
  • ・Less stickness to the tires compared to conventional PK-4 and PKR-T
  • ・Less stickiness to the tires and does not stain the surrounding road surface
  • ・It has better adhesion between material layers than PKR-T
【Application】
  • ・For areas that may stain the surrounding road surface.
  • ・Locations in high functional pavements such as drainage, low noise, and a bridge deck pavement where high adhesion strength and water sealing performance are required for protecting binder course
  • ・Slopes, intersections, curves, etc. where braking loads or torsional loads are applied

Asphalt emulsion used for reflection crack preservation and binder course protection, NETIS Registered Product(No:SK-140004-A)

  • High-Brawn SA
    (internal specs)
  • ・Asphalt emulsion used for reflection crack preservation and binder course protection which emulsified highly hard modified asphalt in high concentration. (High-Brawn method: water sealing method using heat welding modified asphalt emulsion )
  • ・By spraying 0.8 ℓ/㎡ or more, the permeability co-efficiency is 10⁻¹ to 10⁻² cm/s smaller than when not sprayed to have a high water shielding function. (Depending on the condition of existing binder course, it is recommended to spray more than 1.0ℓ/㎡)
  • ・By placing the hot mix asphalt on the coated binder course surface, it exerts a strong adhesion by heat welding, suppressing slippage between binder course and surface couse.
  • ・Less stickiness to the tires and does not stain the surrounding road surface after emulsion decomposition
  • ・Pouring it into cracks on existing pavement to suppress reflection cracks.
【Application】
  • ・Measures to protect the binder course in drainage (high performance) pavement
  • ・Thin layer repairing (measure to strengthen the existing binder course by filling in cracks)
  • ・Bridge deck pavement
